The issuing of payment card is a very demanding market. Only little time is allowed in order to produce and deliver chip cards. Moreover since the introduction of EMV and Smart Card based applications the logistic and quality issue has been enhanced with a technological parameters.

Bank’s current business is not to manufacture and produce cards or even distribute them.
