Heat embossing
Through the application of heat embossing, metal foil can be transferred to a plastic card. The method is based on forming the print design as an engraving on a brass plate. Heat and pressure is used to the transfer the required theme to the card via a special metalcovered blocking foil. The method is primarily used for large card series.
