Offset

Offset printing involves transferring the printing design photographically to a thin chemical film on a printing plate, which is then mounted on a printing roller, which revolves in an ink bath where the ink is trapped in the plate pattern and then transferred via a complex system of rollers for final printing on the plastic sheet. Today, offset printing is the most widely used method of printing on paper and together with screen printing is also the commonest method used for printing on plastics.
